With over 20 years of experience serving on 15+ boards—including leadership roles as Chair of the Washington Hospitality Association and Co-President of the Washington State Leadership Board — I have spent my career at the intersection of governance and high-stakes decision-making. I’ve navigated the complex dynamics of organizational change, adaptive challenges, policy development and implementation, and large-scale systems design.

My work is grounded in more than just experience; it is backed by a deep understanding of human and organizational behavior. With an MBA from Washington State University and a Master’s in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Harvard, I bring a rigorous, multidisciplinary lens to every challenge.

I don’t offer cookie-cutter training or passive coaching. Instead, I serve as a Strategic Thought-Partner. I provide the external objectivity and intellectual scaffolding necessary for executives to stress-test their logic, mitigate risk, and align their organizations for long-term impact.
